We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if things aren’t quite right. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:


Orders cannot be opened before payment is completed. Kindly ensure the payment is made upon delivery or through the designated method beforehand.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item is defected.

• The item is not the one you ordered.

• The size does not fit, and you need an exchange for a different size.

• Beauty products cannot be returned.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery.


2. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.


3. Special Note for Orders Above 2,000 EGP:

• For orders exceeding 2,000 EGP, we will reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm your order.

• The full amount must be transferred via Instapay prior to delivery.

• If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, 

the order will be automatically canceled.


4. Address Details for Fast Delivery:

• To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please make sure all address details, including your building, street, and any relevant landmarks, are provided correctly during checkout.


5. Steps to Process a Return/Exchange:

• Contact us within the 48-hour window to report the issue.

• Provide proof of purchase and a clear description or photo of the issue (if applicable).
